Challenge

The legacy platform had become a bottleneck:

  • Fragmented workflows required multiple steps and manual data reconciliation.

  • Static reporting limited users’ ability to analyze complex pricing scenarios and adapt quickly to market shifts.

  • Inconsistent interfaces caused steep learning curves and low adoption among teams worldwide.

  • The system lacked compliance checkpoints, putting sensitive pricing and financial data at risk.

These issues slowed down the speed and accuracy of strategic decisions across international markets.

My Approach

As Lead UX Designer, I was responsible for driving the end-to-end redesign:

  • Workflow Simplification: Streamlined global pricing and reporting flows to cut redundant steps and align processes across 10+ countries.

  • Data Visualization: Introduced scalable, interactive dashboards, drawing from my background in data visualization and BI design

  • Compliance Integration: Partnered with finance and risk teams to embed compliance checkpoints directly into workflows, ensuring sensitive data surfaced responsibly.

  • Design System & Consistency: Built reusable Figma components and established governance for cross-country deployments, ensuring a unified user experience.

  • Collaboration: Conducted stakeholder workshops with global finance, operations, and IT teams to validate solutions and secure buy-in.

Solution

  • Delivered a modernized interface that simplified navigation and made complex reporting tasks intuitive.

  • Deployed interactive dashboards that empowered stakeholders to model pricing scenarios in real time and share insights globally.

  • Implemented compliance-first design, weaving in checks and alerts to safeguard financial and pricing data.

  • Established a design system framework, enabling global scalability without duplicating design or development effort.
